TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT AND FEES
Enrolment:
Before a student can commence, their enrolment form must be agreed to, signed, and returned to the studio either in person or via email. The annual enrolment fee also must be paid before the commencement of lessons.
Cancelling Enrolment:
If ceasing enrolment, all fees are due and payable up to and including the date on which the studio is advised. It is required that you personally advise the studio in writing.

Lesson Fees:
Fees for each school term are payable by the second lesson. If you are unable to pay fees on time, please advise in advance. The studio will not offer tuition to any student whose fees are in arrears unless prior arrangements have been made. Students who continue to attend lessons whilst fees are not paid will not be able to participate but will be asked to sit aside and watch the lesson. No refunds will be given for missed lessons. Exceptions may be made for long-term illness, so please feel free to contact the studio if this is the case.

Trial lessons are obligation free! Your child can come along for one trial of each class within their age level. If you don't continue with lessons, there is no extra charge. If you continue with lessons, then term fees are charge. Please contact us to book in for a trial lesson.

PRIVATE LESSONS
Private Lessons are avaliable to any students who might prefer one-on-one lessons, those who learn better in a private setting, and those who can't make it to any other class times.

We have an assortment of teachers who would be more than happy to teach in a more private setting.
​
Prices for private lessons are based on each student's needs and are calculated upon request.
